Welcome to the Vintage Tearoom, we are open
WEDNESDAY to SUNDAY 12pm to 4pm. 

**Important Announcement**

The last week has been very emotional and hard, we have made a decision we didn't think we would have to make after 6 years.

We are sorry to say unfortunately due to costs of running the business and prices constantly increasing we have sadly decided to permanently close the Vintage Tearoom Hawkesyard
on Sunday 2nd of June 2024.

We will be continuing as normal until then and Sunday 2nd June will be our last trading day.

I'm sure you can appreciate we have a lot to sort out,  we will be in touch with anyone who has a future booking as soon as we can, so please just bear with us.

**Gift Vouchers**
Anyone with an outstanding gift voucher please get in touch to discuss using this before our closing date. We are offering double sittings and extending our opening hours at weekends to accommodate additional bookings prior to closing.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting us, we have tried so hard since covid to keep our business growing but unfortunately it is just not viable for us to continue any longer.

The Tearoom
The Vintage Tearoom is hidden away in the beautiful grounds of the Hawkesyard Estate, located in the heart of Staffordshire, tucked away between Rugeley and Armitage. 

You will find our entrance on Armitage Lane opposite The Ash Tree Pub. As you get to the bottom of the lane follow the signs for the  'Vintage Tearoom'.  We do have a free car park, it's right outside our beautiful glass fronted building, allowing easy access into the tearoom,

Whilst we are located in the lovely grounds of the Hawkesyard Estate and old St Thomas Priory Golf Club, the grounds are a private estate and we ask that you do not wander during your visit to the tearoom.
 
Also, unfortunately there are NO DOGS permitted on the private estate.
